WIDEX RETURNS

NEW & IMPROVED RETURNS PROCESS
From the 5th October 2020 we are excited to offer an improved returns process for customers of Widex UK. 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED RETURNS

All Widex returns or new custom orders with impressions can now be sent to us via Royal Mail 'Track My Return' free of charge. This will replace our previous uninsured pre-paid postal box service. 

Benefits of this new this service include tracked parcels, less handling and even a collection service. This service offers insurance to value of £100, if you require a higher level of insurance please use your usual courier or postal service.

Simply book your returns to Widex via the Royal Mail website, print off the label for your parcel and drop it off at a local Royal Mail service point or Post Office. It is even possible to arrange a collection from your doorstep! You can then track all of your parcels via the Royal Mail app.




If you don't have a printer, no problem, when you have booked your return on the Royal Mail website you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code, simply show that code at the Post Office when dropping off your parcel and they will print your label for you.

Prepaid postal boxes are no longer valid and should not be used from the 5th October 2020.  To help the environment, we encourage you to re-use your previous order packaging to send in any items to us. Additional blank postal boxes will be available on request through our Customer Service Team if required.

Order forms can be downloaded here. For all new custom orders please attach a copy of the order form to the impression and send it to us via the Royal Mail 'Track My Return' free service.
